Data Deletion Request

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request that we delete personal information we hold about you. This page explains how.

What Can Be Deleted

Note: We may be required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial transaction records — 5 years per SARS). We will inform you if any information cannot be deleted and why.

How to Request Deletion

Choose any method below. We process all requests within 30 days as required by POPIA.

What Happens Next

  1. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  2. We verify your identity (to ensure we're deleting the right person's data)
  3. We process the deletion and confirm completion
  4. If we need more time, we inform you before the 30-day deadline

Complaints

If you're unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
